Refund

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but we are happy to exchange your order or issue store credit. Each piece at Almond Story is a labor of love, months of research, and careful design development. Returns and dead stock contribute to waste and pollution, so we encourage you to carefully review all product details and our size chart before placing an order.

Return

Every order at Almond Story undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. As each piece is made to order, the chances of error are minimized. Any variation in color or texture is a natural result of the handmade processes we use and adds to the beauty of our products. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours. After reviewing the photos and videos you provide, we will replace it if necessary. Please ensure the garment is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original tags. Hopes reserves the right to reject returns if the product is used or damaged by the customer.

Exchange

We recommend checking the size chart before ordering and contacting us for sizing help. Purchases can be exchanged, except for sale items or custom-made pieces. If the desired size is unavailable, we will provide store credit valid for a year from the date of issue. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange reverse shipping once the exchange is confirmed. The product must reach us within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for any exchange costs. Each item is eligible for exchange only once. Please ensure the garment is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original tags
